How long does processing and shipping take?

YES! The owner, Christina Reyes makes everything herself! So thank you for being patient and understanding during shipping times.

 

How can I check the balance of my Beauty Babe Gift card?

You can't manually do it, but you can email us at cbeautylounge12@gmail.com and someone will email you within 48 hours with a complete invoice of your Beauty Babe Gift card history and balance.

 

What happens if my package gets lost?

Once your item(s) have already shipped, you have to inquire about your package with your option of postal service at the time of checkout. Beauty Lounge 12 will NOT be held responsible.

What is your Return policy?

We DO NOT accept ANY returns. Most products require customer application so there's no way for us to guarantee a healthy safe return. However, if there is an issue regarding any orders please feel free to email us at cbeautylounge12@gmail.com so that we can make the appropriate accommodating arrangements.

 

What happens if my package gets sent back to Beauty Lounge 12?

When your package arrives back here we will send you an email of two options: 

1. You can inquire about the cost to reship your package.

2. You can pick up your package from Beauty Lounge 12.

We DO NOT offer any refunds for returning packages.
